Stewart, Leroy James
Leroy James Stewart, 78, died peacefully in his sleep early Tuesday morning, Jan. 31, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Linda of Vinton; two daughters, Mandi (Mike) Techau of Stanwood and Myndie (Larry) Talbott of Vinton; and one brother, David Stewart of Vinton. He also has six grandchildren, Chase, Tiffanie, Colton, Shayla, Shayanna and Shayne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Emily; and stepmother, Rosemond. Also preceding him in death was a brother, Chuck; a daughter, Shayna; and a granddaughter, Shaylee.
Leroy's family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Phillips Family Center, 605 Second Ave., Vinton.
