Steve Johnson, 44, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at his rural Vinton residence. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, at Vinton Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Jessica Crane-Munoz officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton. Friends may call at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
