Stephen “Dennis” Kurtz was born on July 4, 1955 and died on April 29, 2023 of frontotemporal dementia. Dennis donated his body to science as part of the University of Iowa Medical School’s Deeded Body Program.
His family and friends want to thank Essence of Life Hospice for providing additional care during his final days. We especially want to thank the Corridor Crossing Place Memory Gardens staff for their gentle and compassionate resident care and the rest of the staff and administration for their knowledge, experience and thoughtfulness.
