Stephanie Kay Jacobson passed away unexpectedly at home in Prairie du Chien, WI on Sunday, August 11, 2024. She was 48 years old.
She is survived by her son Evan Nurre, longtime partner and best friend, Benjamin Nurre, Mother Sharon Jacobson, and sister Shelly Jantzen. She is preceded by her father Robert Jacobson.
Stephanie was a lover of pets, gardening, music, the outdoors, she was a great painter, and an avid reader.
She loved with all her heart and rose above the hardships of her life better and more resilient.
To all that knew Stephanie, we should feel blessed to have had her in our lives. She loved you all.
A celebration of life will be held at Bloody Run County Park Saturday August 17 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Stephanie’s name to a local animal shelter of your choice.
