Viola Elsie (Noggle) Stemmer, 93, of Elkader, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at the Elkader Care Center. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at Peace United Church of Christ, Elkader. Interment: East Side Cemetery, Elkader. Visitation: 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church. Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader is in charge of arrangements.
