Stegen, Pastor Daniel Peter
Pastor Daniel Peter Stegen, 49, of Strawberry Point, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at Mercy Living Plus in Oelwein, after a long illness. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Roberson Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Strawberry Point Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, H. Dean and Mary Ann Stegen of Strawberry Point; a brother, Mike (Sandy) Stegen of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Patti (Kirk) Miller of Nebraska City, Neb.; two nephews; and three nieces.
