Steffens, Jennie L.
Jennie L. Steffens, 91, of Lowden, died Monday, August 1, 2011, in Wheatland Manor Nursing Home. Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, Trinity Lutheran Church, Lowden, with the Rev. Timothy Jones officiating. Burial: Mayflower Cemetery, Oxford Junction. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence.
Survivors include her daughter, Nancy (Howard) Kroemer of Lowden; two sons, Joe (Karen) of Swisher, and Bruce of Coralville; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Jennie was born Dec. 24, 1919.
