Stanley M. Aldinger, age 96, longtime resident of Iowa City, died Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Bird House – Hospice Home of Johnson County.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday, October 31, 2025, at St. Marks United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Thursday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service. Burial will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery all in Iowa City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Stan’s memory to Iowa City Hospice, Bird House or St. Marks United Methodist Church.
