Stacey Lynn Watts, 35, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life until
4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Cedar Rapids.
Stacey was born Sept. 5, 1986, in Le Mars, Iowa.
Survivors include her parents, Lyle and Peg Watts; birth mother, Teri Carter; siblings, Derrick (Jacob) Meunier, Josh Watts, Andrea Watts, Trey Pallaya, Tanisha Pallaya, Alicia (Duane) Smith and Jenny (James) Webb; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Haley Stevens; and infant son, Alex Stevens.
