Spitzenberger, Judith Ann

Judith Ann Spitzenberger, 70, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Living Center East, Cedar Rapids. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. David Beckman. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids, with a vigil service at 6 p.m. Burial: St. John's Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.

She is survived by her niece, Mary (Gary Black) Kennedy of Cedar Rapids.

Judith was born Aug. 19, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Joseph and Henrietta (Wellenstein) Spitzenberger. She graduated from Regis High School and Mount Mercy College. Judith worked as a secretary at Cargill and was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Claudia Kennedy; and a niece, Linda Kennedy.
