Spitz, Nellie K.
Nellie K. Spitz of Iowa City passed peacefully from this world to the next on June 25, 2012, at 89 years of age, with all her children and grandchildren by her side. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Iowa City. Services will begin Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the church. The Rev. Mel Schlachter will officiate. Entombment of cremains will follow in the church columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity Episcopal Church Memorial Fund in her name at 320 East College St., Iowa City, IA 52240.
