Spencer Francis Ottaway, infant son of Johann Kammerer and Heather Ottaway, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015, at University of Iowa Children's Hospital in Iowa City.
He was born Feb. 23, 2015, and even though he was only here for a little time, Spencer brought so much happiness and joy into his families' lives. We are so proud of him, and he will forever be remem-bered as "Our Little Iron Man."
A funeral service will be at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Monday, March 9. Family will greet friends one hour before the service beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial's Garden of Angels.
Spencer is survived by his parents, Johann Kammerer and Heather Ottaway of Marion; his big brother, Troy; and many loving family members.
The family would like to thank the University of Iowa Children's Hospital for all the care it gave to Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Spencer's name.
