Smith, Phyllis
Phyllis Smith, 67, of West Union, formerly of Walker, died Sept. 2, 2009, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center from a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Burnham-Wood Funeral Home in West Union, where friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at a later date.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley G.; children, Robin (Rick) Anfahr of Independence, Cathie (Radell) Robertson of Mediapolis, Bill Smith of Aurora and Shawn (Kristi) Smith of Masonville; and two brothers, John (Pat) Miller and Robert (JoAnne) Miller, both of Marion.
