Smith, Craig Allen
Craig Allen Smith, 68, of Davenport, passed away Monday, April 2, 2012, at his home. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 12, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Anamosa. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
Craig was born Feb. 8, 1944, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Jack and Eleanor (English) Smith. Craig was a people person and loved to socialize. He enjoyed writing poetry and was an avid movie watcher.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Erik Smith and Jessica Eichmiller of Falcon Heights, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials be made to The Salvation Army.
