Smith, Brady Nicholas
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, at Cedar Hills Community Church for Brady Nicholas Smith, of Eugene, Ore., who died Dec. 29, 2011, of an aortic aneurysm. He was 29. Brady was born April 30, 1981, in Cedar Rapids, to Jim and Sheri Smith. A high school graduate, he moved to the Eugene area in 2003, and worked as a chef at McShane's Bar & Grill.
Survivors include his beloved dog, Outlaw; a close friend, Tabutha White of Eugene; parents, Jim and Sheri Smith; his sister, Aricca Nicole Smith; grandparents Marvin and Mary Jane Smith and George and Marlene Milligan; and many special aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial fund is being established in Brady's honor for a tuition scholarship to Lane Community College of Eugene and the Sierra Club ICO Program.
