Slate Dennick Hinrichs, 24, of New Mexico, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, in New Mexico.
Survivors include his mother, Cathyrn Chevalier; his father, Nick (Dawn) Hrabak; brothers, Michael Hall and Spencer Hrabak; sisters, Jerica Deitrick, Silver Treece, Ashlee Hrabak and Lyndsey Hrabak; his grandparents, Dennis Hrabak and Garth and Judy Hinrichs; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lorraine Hrabak; sister, Beth Smith; and uncle, Jeremy Hrabak.
Slate was born Oct. 7, 1991.
A memorial service will be announced later.
