Skoog, Rhonda Sue
Rhonda Sue Skoog, 61, of Marion, formerly of Keystone, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, at her home in Marion following a sudden illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at Phillips Funeral Home in Keystone, with the Rev. B. Andrew Wright officiating. Interment will be held at Keystone Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until service time.
Rhonda was born Dec. 12, 1951, in Cedar Rapids, to Leland and Etta (Hennings) Skoog, and graduated from Benton Community High School with the class of 1971. While living in Marion, Rhonda worked at Goodwill of Cedar Rapids for 25 years. She had enjoyed her retirement since 2012.
Rhonda enjoyed dancing, shopping and going out to dinner. She loved her friends and family.
She is survived by many cousins and friends.
Her parents and brother, Garth Skoog, preceded her in death.
