Sissel, Lester Eugene 'Gene'
Lester Eugene “Gene” Sissel, 87, of Tipton, died Monday, April 25, 2011, Mercy, Iowa City. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Tipton. Burial will follow in Tipton Masonic Cemetery, with military honors. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
A memorial will be established in his memory for Trinity Lutheran Church and the Iowa City Hospice.
