Sincere Doncell Frazier, 3-week-old son of Doncell Frazier and Shanieka Harmon, passed away suddenly on Sept. 3, 2015. Homegoing services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Life Tabernacle Church in Iowa City.
Sincere was born Aug. 6, 2015, at St. Bernard Hospital in Chicago.
He is survived by his parents; siblings, Dontrell Frazier, Aniyah Harris, Aiyanna Weeks and Ariel Weeks; paternal grand-parent, Sharlet Frazier; maternal grandparents, Carla (Johnnie) Booth and David Barnett; maternal great-grandmother, Sandra Harmon; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sincere was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Kathryn and Emmitt Frazier, Valerie Williams, Charlene Harmon, Carl Russell and Albert Swift; uncle, David Atkins; and his great-aunts, Maryrosa Russell and Christina Swift.
