Simmons, Terry R.
Terry R. Simmons, 46, of Iowa City, died Tuesday, May 3, 2011, from injuries he incurred in a fall. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 8, at Zion Lutheran Church, 310 N. Johnson St., Iowa City. A time of fellowship will follow the service. Graveside committal services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Oakland Cemetery in Solon. Visitation will be Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, 605 Kirkwood Ave., Iowa City.
In lieu of flowers, the Terry Simmons Children's Fund has been established.
