Paul M. Shultz, United Methodist clergy, 50, of
Iowa City, passed away Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, at
University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. A visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at the Wesley Center, 120 N.
Dubuque St., Iowa City, IA 52245. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at First United Methodist Church in Iowa City.
In lieu of flowers,
memorials may be sent to the Reconciling Ministries Network.
Paul is survived by his children, Miles (Jean Clipperton) Shultz of Ann Arbor, Mich., Hannah Shultz of Silver Spring, Md., and August Shultz of Iowa City; fiancee, Jana Grienke of Iowa City; his mother, Gladys Shultz of Spirit Lake; brothers, Fred (Ellen) Shultz of Omaha, Neb., and Erling (Barbara) Shultz of Fort Dodge;
sister, Nancy (Lyle) Trow of Iowa City; grandson, Arlo Shultz; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
