Shirley Elizabeth (Glass) Lowe, 78, of Homeland, Calif., died Thursday, June 4, 2015. She was laid to rest
in San Jacinto, Calif.
Survivors include her husband, Edward; two daughters, Lisa (Doug) Lantz and Gloria (Larry) Chapman; a son, Bobbi Lowe; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Edgerly of Lisbon; and a sister-in-law, Doris Glass of Belhaven, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Neil.
Shirley was born July 14, 1936, to Ralph and Margaret (Rech) Glass in Marion, Iowa. She graduated as valedictorian from Alburnett High School in 1954. On July 25, 1956, Shirley married Edward J. Lowe Jr. at Alburnett Christian Church.
