Shirley Joan Grant, 91, of Oelwein, formerly of Volga, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at Mercy Hospital of Franciscan Sisters in Oelwein. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Volga. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery. There will be no visitation. Leonard Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Elkader is in charge of services.
