Shirley Ann Ehlts of Lewistown, Mo., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, at the Country Aire Care Center, Lewistown, Mo.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018, at the Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello. Goettsch Funeral Home has taken Shirley into its care.
Shirley Ann Simmons was born Jan. 5, 1935, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Parley Simmons and Ruth Barnts Simmons. She graduated from the Monticello Community Schools in 1953. Shirley was employed at Rockwell Collins for many years, both in Cedar Rapids and at the Anamosa facility. She later worked at Westphal's Super Valu in Anamosa. She later moved to Lewistown, Mo.
