Shirley Bradford-Frondle, 81, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2023. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, at the Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood in Cedar Rapids.
Shirley was born July 4, 1942, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Charles and Pearl (Carey) Walker. She graduated from Washington High School. Shirley was united in marriage to Steven Richard Frondle on Dec. 24, 1998, in Cedar Rapids. She worked as a realtor until her retirement in 2013. Shirley enjoyed gardening, quilting, knitting, making candles, and bible study. She especially loved babysitting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Steven Frondle; children, Sue Wenger, Teresa O’Brien, Katrina Frondle, and Tracy Frondle; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
