Shirley Agnes Kubik, 84, of Clutier, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at The Bird House-Hospice Home of Johnson County in Iowa City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 30, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in rural Clutier, with Father David Kucera as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in rural Clutier. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 30, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
Survivors include one son, Michael Kubik of Iowa City; two daughters, Lori (Curtis) Fuller of Solon and Lisa (Jesse) Lain of Iowa City; two grandchildren, Adam Fuller of West Branch and Ashley (Alec) Slocum of Boulder, Colo.; sister, Karlene Cochran of Traer; several nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Robert (Sandra) Kubik.
