Emma Francis McDonald Shipley, 86, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, in Glendora, Calif. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Cedar Rapids, with burial to follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW. Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids is in charge of arrangements.
