Her interests included playing bingo, traveling and camping in the RV, and preparing her endless supply of baked goods. Anyone that knew Sheila also knew she was an avid supporter and fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Cubs. Beyond her interests, Sheila was the biggest cheerleader and supporter of her family and friends and an elaborate host of many holiday celebrations.
Sheila is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jack; siblings, Ron (Teri) Clarke of Cedar Rapids, Jack (Nancy) Clarke of Castle Rock, Colorado, James Rusk of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, George (Pam) Rusk III of Center Point, Cindy (Bill) Thomas of Anamosa; children, Orlinda (Paul Moyer) Robertson of Ames, Tina (Brian) Kerslake of Central City, Stacie (Michael) Coomes of Slater; five grandchildren, Jonathan (Sarah) Lochner of Coralville, Joshua (Mikaela) Kerslake of Central City, Ashley (John) Hall of Central City, Jared and Brandon Coomes of Slater; and four great-grandchildren, Sophie, Jaxson, Charlotte, and Paisley, of which she adored and was extremely proud.
