Shea, William Robert
William Robert Shea, 57, of Jenison, Mich., formerly of Wadena, passed away very unexpectedly Friday, March 19, 2010.
He is survived by his father, William L Shea of Manchester; siblings, Tom Shea of Elkader, Sue (Dave) Schulte of Manchester, Ron Shea (Deb Foster) of Elkader, and Julie Bente of Manchester; very special friend, Sharon Helgerson-Dave of Fishers, Ind.; several nieces and nephews; many friends; and his old buddy, Bear.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Emegene Shea; and nieces, Sharie Knipper and Stephanie Shea.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Jenison, Mich. An additional memorial service is planned for 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Volga. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow at the Catholic Cemetery in Wadena, Iowa.
