Shaw, Eldon Gene
Eldon Gene Shaw, 69, of Edgewood, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at First Lutheran Church, Manchester, with the Rev. Allan Oman and the Rev. Dr. Jean Rabary officiating. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Edgewood, and one hour before the service Friday at the church, Interment with Military Rites: Edgewood City Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Dorthy Shaw of Edgewood; two daughters, Annette (Jeff) Heims of Dundee, and Dawn (Rob) Medberry of Volga; one son, Earl (Teresa) Shaw of Manchester; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Linda (the late Russell) Hauschild of Edgewood and Twila (Nelson) Converse of Postville; and one brother, Les (Vicky) Shaw of Emory, Texas.
Leonard-Muller Funeral Home, Edgewood, is in charge of arrangements.
