Shafranek, Ester
KESWICK - Ester Shafranek, 83, of Keswick, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, at Harden Funeral Chapel in What Cheer. Burial will be in Sorden Cemetery near Webster. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
Ester is survived by her daughter, Mary (Bob) Zuber of Amana; a son, Lyle Shafranek of Sigourney; and four grandchildren, Sarah Zuber of Tiffin, Dan Shafranek of Keswick, Andrea (Eric) Coble of What Cheer and Terri (Brent) Smith of DeWitt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Keswick QRS or to Keswick American Legion Auxiliary.
