SHAELYN ABIGAIL SHELLEY Cedar Rapids God took Shaelyn Abigail Shelley home Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015. She arrived at 11:37 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2015, at St. Luke's Birthing Center, weighing 6 pounds 13 ounces and was 21 inches long at 37 weeks. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Calvary Baptist Church, Cedar Rapids. Shaelyn is survived by her parents, Laurel and David Shelley; big sister, Cassandra; grandparents, Joyce and Ben Hofmann, Darlene and John Smith and Stan and Linda Shelley; great-grandmother, Azlee Zimmer; aunts, Heather (Mon) Sayasit, Heidi Hofmann (Justin Wall) and Jaylene (Ben) Schaufler; uncle, Johny Smith; and many cousins and family friends. She was preceded in death by four great-grandparents on the Shelley side and four great-grandparents on the Hofmann side. The family is thankful for your loving support and greatly covets your prayers during this difficult time.
