Seeks, Kay A.
Kay A. Seeks, 75, of Bradenton, Fla., passed away Nov. 15, 2010.
Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she moved to Bradenton in 2000 from Indianapolis. Kay was employed by Space General and Jet Propulsion Laboratories in Pasadena, Calif., and worked for many years in Indianapolis in the insurance industry.
She was an avid bridge player and a loving wife, mother and grandmother, as well as a friend to many.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, H. “Russ” Seeks; sister and brother in-law, Sylvia and Jim Malake of Marion; son, Greg Seeks of Greenfield, Ind.; daughters, Amy Seeks of St. Petersburg, Fla., Stacy (Van) Aldridge of Mayfield, Ky., and Shannon (Alvin) Jones of Avon, Ind.; and grandchildren, Zachary, Evan, Kaden, Kayla and Raymond.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you support your local participant in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure or the charity of your choice.
