Wheatridge, Colo.
Scott Leland Stewart, 50 years old, of Wheatridge, Colo., passed away on June 9, 2021, from a tragic car accident near Helper, Utah. He was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
He graduated from Cedar Rapids Washington High School and attended Coe College. He was employed by Montrose Environmental testing industrial emissions in many western states. He enjoyed outdoor activities, had a love of animals, and he was passionate in his work, his relationships and had strong love of music.
He is survived by his four brothers, Brian (wife, Valle, and son, Zac), Grant (wife, Kelly, sons, Ben and Jack, and daughter, Claire), David (wife, Jo Ann, son, Jacob, and daughter, Morgan), and Mark (wife, Catherine, and son, Mason).
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. July 9, at Bever Pavilion. Please stop by to share memories and stories.
