Martin C. Schwietert, 86, of Colesburg, died Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at the Edgewood Convalescent Home in Edgewood. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at the Colesburg United Methodist Church in Colesburg with the Rev. Alan Craft officiating. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Edgewood and one hour before services Saturday at the church. Interment: Zion Cemetery, Colesburg.
Survivors include his children, Linda (Steve Goss) Frank of Hiawatha, Marla Schiess of Manchester, Steve (Jill Romig) Schwietert of Colesburg, and Kristi (Jim) Goldsmith of Earlville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Edgewood is in charge of arrangements.
