Schnor, Mark Edward
Mark Edward Schnor, 47, died Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at his home in Mounds View, Minn. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Geilenfeld Funeral Chapel, Oelwein. Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein.
Survivors include his aunts and uncles, Richard and Sandy Schnor of West Union, Iowa, Dale and Francis Erickson of Carol Stream, Illinois, Marv and Alberta Miller of Waterloo, Iowa and Lois Duwe of Fayette, Iowa; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael.
Mark was born Oct. 27, 1964, in Oelwein, Iowa, to Virgil and Sharon Kay (Erickson) Schnor. He graduated from Oelwein High School in 1983. He married Christina Dindley in August 1995 in Minnesota. He worked in the meat department of Fareway and as a car salesman. A memorial fund has been established.
