Sandra "Sandie" Tull, 67, of Center Point, died Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 22, at Center Point Road Church of Christ, Toddville. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 23, at the church. Arrangements made by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point. Burial: Dunkard Cemetery, Midway.
Survivors include her husband, Terry Tull of Center Point; daughters, Valerie (Kim) Sleege of Center Point and Vicki (Jon) Rathje of Marion; grandchildren, Abby, Andrew and Aaron Sleege and Julia and Carl Rathje; siblings, Isla (Dwayne) Powell of Central City and Jerry Parker of Marion; sister-in-law, Judy Parker of Central City; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Tom Parker.
Sandie was born Oct. 18, 1948, in Flagler, Colo., daughter of T. Lyle and Esther Mae (Woods) Parker. She graduated from Central City High School in 1967. On May 23, 1969, Sandie married Terry Tull in Center Point. She worked for Collins, then together with her husband, owned and operated Hendryx Motor in Center Point.
Sandie was a member of Center Point Road Church of Christ. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
A memorial fund has been established.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cowden, Katie Kavanaugh and the nurses and staff of Five East at St. Luke's.
