Sandra Lou "Sandy" (Bauer) Kongable, 79, of Center Point, formerly of Winfield, passed away Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at her son's home in Center Point. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at Center Point United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Ellson officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point. Additional visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at Honts Funeral Home, Winfield. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Honts Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Winfield Scott Township Cemetery, Winfield.
Sandy is survived by her two brothers, Charles Bauer and Thomas Bauer; her daughter, Stefanie (Mark) Skroch of Surprise, Ariz.; son, Scott (Jennifer) Kongable of Center Point; and four grandchildren, Megan, Natalie, Zachary and Nicholas Kongable.
