SAMUEL "SAM" WILKINS
Urbandale
Samuel "Sam" Wilkins, 49, of Urbandale, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, at his home. A graveside service will be at a later date.
Surviving are his brothers, Dean (Lisa) Wilkins, Tim Wilkins and Shaun Cody; sisters, Kristi (Bruce) Berghuis, Stephanie (Mark) Shirley, Katy Mellenberndt and Ebony Cody; and his mother, June Wilkins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Wilkins.
Sam enjoyed helping others and was a longtime advocate for Pony Express Riders of Iowa, Camp Sunnyside and Camp Courageous.
