Somphaeng "Meo" Syvixay, 35, of Iowa City, died Saturday, June 14, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 21, followed by a traditional Laotian service, all at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
