Sadewasser, Donna Mae (Barnhart)
Donna Mae (Barnhart) Sadewasser, 83, of Guttenberg, died Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, at Guttenberg Care Center. She was born the daughter of Harry and Alvina (Steinfadt) Barnhart on March 5, 1930, near Colesburg.
She is survived by her husband, Delos; one daughter, Mary (Terry) Shupe of Sioux City; one son, Doug (Karen) Sadewasser of Manchester; four grandchildren, Angela (Drew) Furst, Kim Sadewasser, Chris Sadewasser and Michelle Sadewasser; two sisters, Janice (Jim) Scherbring and Ruth Harbaugh; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Alvina; one brother, Lowell Barnhart; and three sisters, Marge Moser, Kathleen Royalty and Jean Amsden.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Guttenberg, with the Rev. Shane Anderson officiating. Interment will be at Guttenberg City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 207 S. First St., Guttenberg, and one hour before services Monday at the church.
