Ryan Surber, 39, of Tiffin, passed away Dec. 24, 2020, at UIHC as the result of an aneurysm.
Ryan was a graduate of the University of Iowa and Hamilton College, and was also enrolled in the Regent University master's program.
Family and friends were very important to Ryan, and he always put them first. He was also a man of many passions, which included brewing, camping, cars, cooking, computers, gaming, reading, movies and
his beloved cats, Rand and Moridin.
Ryan possessed a never-ending determination and was forever thoughtful of others. Even in his passing he continued to give to others as he was a tissue donor. He will be missed by many but will continue to live on through the warmth he shared with those he met.
Preceded in death by his father, Kevin D. Surber; grandparents, Stanley Surber, Helen Riedel and Richard Porter; and aunts, Cheryl Jesse and Tammy Broschat.
Survived by his mother, Barbara S. Surber; sister, Megan M. Surber; brother-in-law, Joshua Surber; niece and nephew, Alivia and Noah Surber; grandmother, Opal McNitt; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
