Ruth Marie Lyman, 90, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab Center from a prolonged illness. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, at Hrabak Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steve Hubbell presiding. Burial will be in the Irving Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
She is survived by sons, David (Nancy) Lyman of Saginaw, Mich., and Bill (Loretta) Lyman of Belle Plaine; daughters, Peggy (Bill) Martin of Belle Plaine and Nancy Dane of Farmington, Mo.; sisters, Mabel Postolka of Sioux Rapids and Lorraine Votrobeck of Elberon; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Alberta Letch Nebendahl; husband, Albert in 2013; grandson, Damion Thomas Dane; great-grandson, Damion Patrick Dane; and sisters, Ruby Overturf and Beulah Brandt.
Memorials may be directed to the Belle Plaine Community Library.
