Ruth E. Detweiler, 88, formerly of Iowa City, died at her home Tuesday, April 21, 2015, in Brownsville, Texas. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 27, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service. Visitation will
be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ruth's memory to the Ruth Detweiler Memorial Fund.
