Russell LeRoy Grimm, 88, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023, in Marion, Iowa. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at the Cedar Memorial Chapel Stateroom. The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in the Last Supper section.
Russell was born June 22, 1934, in Urbana, Iowa the son of Earl and Caroline (Rassmussen) Grimm. He is survived by two daughters, Nettie Burgess of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Hazel (Fred) Rhomberg of Palo, Iowa; and many loving grandchildren, extended family members and friends.
