Ross, Victor H. 'Sparky'
Victor H. “Sparky” Ross, 87, of Manchester, died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at First Lutheran Church in Manchester, with the Dr. Rev. Jean Rabary and the Rev. Mary Green officiating. Interment, with military rites: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester and one hour before service time Thursday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce of Manchester; two children, Paula (Kenny) Pasker of Manchester and David (Robin) Ross of West Des Moines; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
