Rosetta M. Meister, 91, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, at her residence following an extended illness.
A service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St. in Vinton, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Pastor Andy Sayer will officiate. Private committal services will be at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established.
