Rosemary “Rosie” Jean (Flickinger) Boisen, 79, passed away on July 31, 2024 at Virginia Gay Hospital following a lengthy illness. Memorials may be left to the Vinton or Shellsburg Fire Departments

Visitation will be from 2-6 PM, Sunday, August 11, 2024, followed by a brief memorial service at Phillips Funeral Home (212 E 6th St.) in Vinton. A private family interment will take place at a late date.
