Rosemary Eiben, 56, of Central City, died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Central City by Father David O'Connor. Scripture service: 2:30 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 23, at the church. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial: Mount Clark Cemetery, Central City. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Central City.
Survivors include triplet daughters, Erica Eiben, Alyssa Eiben and Erin Eiben, and their father, Douglas Eiben, all of Central City; her parents, Donald and Geraldine Pacha of Fairfield; two brothers, Philip Pacha of Springfield, Ill., and Mark Pacha of Omaha, Neb.; sister-in-law, Rachel Pacha; a nephew, Jared Pacha; a niece, Brooke Pacha; and several aunts and uncles.
Maria Rosa Mariani was born prematurely in Cremona, Italy, on Aug. 19, 1958. Her biological mother died during birth. She was adopted by Donald and Geraldine (Seaba) Pacha and grew up in Fairfield. She graduated from Fairfield High School in 1978. On Nov. 28, 1992, she married Douglas Eiben, and later divorced.
Rosemary was a dedicated mother who was extremely involved in her daughters' school activities. She enjoyed spending time with close friends.
Rosemary was a member of St. Joseph Catholic in Prairieburg.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
