Born April 22, 1946, in Clarence, Iowa, she was the daughter of Lavern and Norma (Kreinbring) Kintzel.
Rosalyn graduated from Clarence High School in 1964. She married David Licht, formerly of Lowden, and attended college at the University of Iowa before moving to Minneapolis in 1969. Rosalyn loved playing piano. She played piano and organ at St. John's for church services and choir as well as duets with her sister, Arlynn Hasselbusch, for special occasions such as Christmas Eve.
Rosalyn and Dean also enjoyed vacationing at Woman Lake in Longville, Minn., spending many weeks each summer and making many close friendships.
